Karen (NBC, 1964-1965)
Karen was an American sitcom and starred Debbie Watson as Karen Scott, Gina Gillespie as sister Mimi Scott, Richard Denning as father Steve Scott and Mary LaRoche as mother Barbara Scott. Karen centered on the antics of 16-year-old Karen and her tomboy younger sister. Produced by Joe Connelly and Bob Mosher (the team behind The Munsters), Karen aired on Mondays nights which was billed as “90 Bristol Court” night. 90 Bristol Court referred to a Southern California apartment complex where Karen, Harris Against the World and Tom, Dick and Mary were set.
Karen aired from October 5, 1964 to August 30, 1965. 27 (black and white) episodes were produced for its one and only season.
