Arch Deluxe (McDonald’s, 1990s)
During the 1990s, McDonald’s threw a $150 million “away” to market their newest burger that contained a quarter-pound beef patty, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, peppered bacon, tomatoes and onions on a sesame seed bun. Does this sound very familiar to you? If so, you’re not alone; the Arch Deluxe was very much similar to their staple Big Mac. In fact, most customers dubbed the Arch Deluxe as “A More Expensive Big Mac” and steered clear.
