Compliment Your Mirror Day (July 3)
The first observance of Compliment Your Mirror Day seems to be on July 3, 2015. In an attempt to combat depression, each July 3, we are asked to stand in front of a mirror and compliment the person you see reflected back at you. You are not required to only compliment your physical, outer beauty either. The most important thing to do, of course, is to smile while you’re looking in the mirror and compliment the reflection like you mean it. Those who are suffering from actual depression should perhaps celebrate Compliment Your Mirror weekly and/or daily as needed.
