Amaze-A-Matic toy car (Hasbro, 1969)

The Amaze-A-Matic was a car with a brain. These battery operated cars moved forwards, backwards and could turn left or right based on the grooves that were cut into program cards that you put in the bottom of the cars. The cars came with pre-programmed cards and many blank cards that you could use to program yourself.

There were six different cars in production. The yellow Dodge Charger, the red Chevrolet Astrovette, the white Mark IV Ford, the blue Buick Century Cruiser, the orange WV Bug and the yellow Dune Buggy.
